The Arcos Bosques flagship (opened September 2023) delivers the signature hot-rock service where USDA Prime beef is cooked tableside on a volcanic slab. The menu centers on northern Mexican cuts, 18-hour braised short rib, chistorra gratinada, tomahawks carved tableside, and the cult Mostachón de Nutella dessert. Led by chef Alonso Álvarez.
